We recognize that infertility is often the most stressful thing you've ever had to face. And we understand that you may not feel comfortable talking about it with family, friends, or neighbors. Feeling alone, anxious, or even out of control are common reactions.

There are some things you can do. First, know that your reactions are normal and unpreventable. Almost anyone would react like you. Second, try to find someone you can talk to. For some, this person is a neighbor, friend or family member. But if that won't work for you, consider talking with a counselor. We can refer you to highly qualified professionals in your area.

For other people, meeting with a group of individuals struggling with infertility is more comfortable. A national group named RESOLVE has local chapters throughout the country and helps many couples in this way.
