Southeastern Fertility Center - Infertility and IVF Clinic - About Us - Located near Charleston, South Carolina, Southeastern Fertility Center is an IVF fertility clinic that provides infertility treatment for female and male infertility, including IVF and egg donation. We assist patients in virtually every aspect of infertility. We achieved the first IVF, GIFT and ZIFT pregnancies in South Carolina and have also introduced blastocyst embryo transfer, frozen embryo transfers, micromanipulation techniques, genetic testing and an active donor oocyte program.

Philip Waters Philip has been administrator at Southeastern Fertility Center since 1989. He graduated from Augusta College with a Bachelor's Degree in accounting and has been involved in healthcare management for over 20 years. He was the founding chair of the Association of Reproductive Manager's professional group with the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. He also serves on the national membership committee of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
