Southeastern Fertility Center - Infertility and IVF Clinic - About Us - Located in Charleston and Columbia, South Carolina, Southeastern Fertility Center is an IVF fertility clinic that provides infertility treatment for female and male infertility, including IVF and egg donation. We assist patients in virtually every aspect of infertility. We achieved the first IVF, GIFT and ZIFT pregnancies in South Carolina and have also introduced blastocyst embryo transfer, frozen embryo transfers, micromanipulation techniques, genetic testing and an active donor oocyte program.

Staff: Dr. Grant Patton

Dr. Patton is the Founder and Director of Southeastern Fertility Center and is responsible for South Carolina's first IVF pregnancy in 1984. A graduate of Northwestern Medical School, Dr. Patton has completed an extended residency and fellowship at the Harvard Teaching Program and is widely recognized as one of the country's leaders in reproductive surgery. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has built the Southeastern Fertility Center into South Carolina's leading ART program. This program has grown dramatically since inception and strives to remain on the cutting edge of IVF technology.

Dr. Patton's accomplishments as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Medical University of South Carolina and as co-author of the textbooks Progress in Infertility and Atlas of Infertility Surgery have made him widely known in academic circles as well.

Southeastern Fertility Center has offices in Charleston, Columbia, and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Monitoring facilities are available in Wilmington, North Carolina along with Savannah and Augusta Georgia.
